The company was founded in 1973 and has provided injection-moldings to Steelcase and American Seating. It began providing two-bolt stud plates to General Motors in 1983. Insert molded fasteners are the core of the company s insert molding business. In 1995, the company received ISO registration and in 1997, it became QS 9000 certified. It gained Nascote Industries as a customer, supplying them with insert molded fasteners, retainers and reinforcements. The company occupied a 56,000-square-foot facility in 1999.
