After an education in plastics, Jim Patterson gained experience in machinery appraisals and valuations at an international auction firm. This knowledge helped build a solid background for understanding numerous machine processes, uses, and values. That background was then put to further use in the used machinery industry, where Jim spent several years refining his sales skills. Through personal and peer learning, he quickly developed an effective sales strategy based on helping the customer first. This honest and ethical approach, coupled with both his knowledge and sociable nature, has proven to be a winning formula. C J Pawlowski is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
