I've been going to Heron Ridge for about half a year now to see both a therapist and a psychiatrist. The office staff is very polite and helpful and they even have cute pens with flowers on them....

This place is HORRIBLE!! The NEVER call you back, they put patients with providers who do not accept their insurance and they are very RUDE! I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE!!
