Goodrich High School is a college preparatory school that is a part of Goodrich Area Schools and is located in Goodrich, Mich. It maintains robotics, bowling, chess and ecology clubs, as well as a jazz band, honors choir, equestrian team and quiz bowl. The school supports the Goodrich Assistance Program, which provides a mechanism for addressing high-risk behavior in youths, which interferes with their academic and social development. Goodrich High School organizes a variety of cocurricular activities, such as talent shows, spelling bee competitions, and choral and fine arts festivals. It also maintains a student council, literary magazine team and the National Honor Society. It conducts special classes in fine arts, including drawing and painting, stage design and production, sculpturing, ceramics, photography and acting. Goodrich High School has an annual enrollment of more than 680 students in grades 9 through 12.
