The property we leased from them had plastic holding the drain together in the tub & a non operational shower.

The property was infested with beetles...I spent an entire day trying to kill them

Cut pipes on the used furnance they installed, I'm sure not safe...at all. Never seen a furnace with anything unsealed.

The security door to the garage had been kicked in multiple times the lights nor plugs in the garage worked
