My name is Bob Cohen and I am a Vietnam combat veteran with a B.S in Biology, M.S. Physiology, MBA, CPR certified and W.I.T.S certified through School Craft College. As an experienced certified personal trainer I will take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that weight loss and gaining muscle is challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your health & fitness goals. I will analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan. Serving four years in the military has enhanced my knowledge of training and provided me the opportunity to train veterans with whom I served. With years of training, experience, and success I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals, while making sure you are medically clear for the physical activity and exercises I will provide. Having a background in science provides me with the understanding of your exercise and nutrition requirements. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
