Owners Jessica & Travis Rook started business planning for F.A.D. in 2019 and formally began full time operations in 2020, initially offering mobile and valet services within Ingham, Eaton & Clinton counties. Committed to excellence and education, Travis & Jessica traveled to California in January 2021 and sought the highest level of certification and accreditation at The Detailing Success Training Center. Jessica & Travis then became Mid-Michigan's only Skills Validated, Certified Detailers with The International Detailing Association and went onto to seek additional training and certifications in many other key areas of business. F.A.D. shifted focus of their services in 2021 to specialty services including luxury detailing, ceramic coating, advanced paint correction, restoration and more. In August of 2021 F.A.D. began renovations on a new commercial facility based in Okemos, MI that will expand current operations and offer a showroom, retail storefront and more.
