History
Founded by the Welsch family in 1973, Fenn Valley Vineyards was born out of a desire to produce world class wine in the Midwest. Are carefully searching throughout the region, the 230 acre farm was selected based on a number of factors - primarily the proximity to Lake Michigan. Being close to the lake helps temper the cold winter temperatures which helps protect the delicate grape vines. Today Fenn Valley produces over 30 different wines ranging from dry to sweet. The business remains family owned and operated.
