Founded in 1990, EMU Foundation, also known as Eastern Michigan University Foundation, provides financial support to the educational community of Eastern Michigan University. The foundation is operated to receive, hold, invest and administer funds and to make expenditures on behalf of Eastern Michigan University. The operations of the foundation include investing endowment funds and managing planned gifts, such as annuities, unitrusts, bequests, life insurance, real estate, securities and other gifts. High/Scope Educational Research Foundation is an independent nonprofit research, development, training and public advocacy organization, headquartered in Ypsilanti, Mich.
