Meritage Hospitality Group is the only publicly traded Wendy s Old Fashioned Hamburgers restaurant franchisee and the first O Charley s restaurant franchisee. Meritage operates more than 45 Wendy s restaurants in western and southern Michigan, serving more than 9 million customers annually.
