We opened El Caribe food truck to share our Dominican culinary art with our community. I Chef Gilma DeLaCruz graduated from Secchia culinary institute in 2017, I grew up in the restaurant industry with my mom. It has alwas been my passion to create memories ad share culture with food

Just had the bowl with plantains, jerk chicken and a wonderful cilantro sauce. It was so good! Staff is efficient and polite. Food was generous portion at a fair price.
