History
Drama Dog Training began when Mary K realized how many dogs landed in shelters because of no or poor training. Volunteering to teach shelter dogs was rewarding, but so many of the dogs she worked with would never have been given up if they had known their manners to begin with. Offering small classes and private lessons (so each client gets lots of individual attention) makes all the difference. Classes are still no more than 4 dogs, and a written homework sheet is sent home after each class or lesson to help the owner practice with his/her pup between sessions.
