He realized that this loan could help a lot of people attain the house they'd always wanted, with the design aspects they had only dreamed of. He started a program that brought educational seminars to mortgage brokers, realtors, and homeowners. Detroit Build is now the leading contractor for 203k rehabs in the state of Michigan.
