Established in 1966, EightCAP is a nonprofit, community-based organization that offers a range of services to promote the health, education and welfare of individuals and families. It serves the residents of Gratiot, Ionia, Isabella and Montcalm counties in Michigan. The organization provides housing, weatherization, rental assistance, literacy and food programs. EightCAP administers the Child and Adult Care Food Program, which includes nutritious meals and snacks for children.
