Since its founding in 1972 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gaylord, Catholic Human Services has been committed to making a difference in the lives of the people in Northern Lower Michigan. We serve individuals and families regardless of faith, income, race, or ethnicity. Catholic Human Services has grown over the years to 5 main offices and 16 satellite offices. We are highly recognized in the 21 counties of Northern Michigan for our outstanding work of providing hope-filled social, emotional and spiritual support to all people. We have been blessed over the years with a committed professional staff whose tenure has stabilized this agency. We provide mental health, substance abuse, prevention, pregnancy counseling, open adoption, social services and senior services to over 26,000 people per year.
