Since 1979 Carol Lewis has been fully licensed to provide excellent service in beauty and skin care. When Carol started out on her own as an Aesthetician, Dermatologists recommended her to provide excellent Facial Treatments for their patients. As her business grew she found the need to expand by adding more Aestheticians, Massage Therapists, Nail Technicians and Receptionists. The growth of her company has been steady and has been recognized by organizations such as NAWBO, the National Association of Women Business Owners. Carol was awarded a place in the Top 25 Business Women of Distinction in the State of Michigan with NAWBO. Carol Lewis Day Spa was voted "The Best Place to Rejuvenate" by Crain's to name just a few. Carol is a kind supporter of numerous community organizations through donations of services throughout the years. Some examples include: Carol Lewis has been a keynote speaker for 15 years, speaking to a variety of professional women's groups. Topics include Persist To Succeed and Be You To The Fullest. More recently Carol is relating stories and lessons learned from the teachings of an old Apache Indian Scout named Stalking Wolf who taught Tom Brown, Jr. traditional ways of awareness and survival. The Tom Brown Jr. Wilderness Survival and Tracking School that Carol has attended has been a great teacher and the lessons apply to all parts of Carol's life that she shares with those who meet her.
