I had a capacitor replaced on my HVAC. $95 service call + $20 labor + $95 for the capacitor (the same one that's under $20 on amazon). Total bill $210. Total time to install is about 2 minutes....

Avoid Briarwood at all costs. This is a horrible company that uses substandard parts and provides incompetant and horrible service. Would leave a negative 10 review if this was an option.
