Founded in 1887, D. A. Blodgett for Children is a foster care and adoption agency located in Grand Rapids, Mich. It provides various services to orphan, homeless, sick and disabled children. The agency has a short-term foster group home for juvenile detention. Founded in 1989, Association for Children s Mental Health is a statewide chapter of the national Federation of Families for Children s Mental Health. Association for Children s Mental Health has partnerships with the Department of Community Health, Family Independence Agency, Community Mental Health Authorities, Family Court, the Department of Education and local school districts.
