Couch that's been drug from the alley and put in room...equipped with stains and missing back cushions

Walk into my room for the first time, and seems like someone ELSE is staying there! Front desk was unhelpful and disrespectful.

Bottom of the barrel. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Bathroom sink did not work, nor TV or Wi-fi. No towels at all. Not clean either. This place needs bulldozing.
