Wilson Middle School offers a range of educational opportunities for students in grades five through eight. The school conducts classes in French, Spanish, mathematics, science, literature and social studies. It supports Title I and after-school programs, as well as maintains a student council. Wilson Middle School organizes several sports activities, such as basketball, cross-country, hockey, and track and field. The school provides a variety of food items for lunch. It has a library that maintains a collection of more than 14,000 books, magazines and videos. Wilson Middle School operates chess, video and garden clubs. The school organizes extracurricular activities, inducing band, chorus and dance. It is governed by Natick Public Schools. Wilson Middle School operates the Wilson Parent-Teacher Organization, which organizes cultural programs and field trips.
