Founded in 1919, Western New England College offers more than 30 undergraduate and graduate programs in the schools of arts and sciences, business and engineering. The college has a school of law that offers full- and part-time juris doctor programs and part-time legum magister program. Western New England College is approved by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The college has a range of departments, including communication, economics, English, and history and political science. Additionally, the college s departments include mathematics, humanities, psychology, and computer science and information technology. Its athletics department offers a variety of sports activities, including soccer, basketball, football, tennis, cross country and volleyball. The library provides resources, such as books, encyclopedias, periodicals, dictionaries, journals and magazines, and Internet access. Western New England College is located in Springfield, Mass.
