The Barat Motessori School offers three and five day programs for children aged 33 months to six years old. The establishment was founded in 1974 and its curriculum follows the traditional Montessori style. This includes mixed age level classes and a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Though the school is located on the Communty United Methodist Church property it does not have a religious affiliation. The entance is located on Damon Street.
