Vineyard Caribbean Cuisine is a black-owned local take-out restaurant that offers the best authentic Caribbean food on Martha’s Vineyard. It is currently owned and operated by Chef Newton Waite. Born and raised in Jamaica, Newton studied Food and Nutrition in Secondary School, thus developing a keen interest and skills in the area over the years. Waite has been the head chef since 2017 at Vineyard Caribbean Cuisine and has more than 27 years of experience in the cooking industry.
