After providing award-winning leadership in student services at the University of Minnesota, I started my consulting practice to assist colleges and universities with their student services challenges.

Consulting with colleges and universities on student service issues (admissions, financial aid, registration and student records, student accounts) in order to: 1. maximize investment in integrated student service software (usually, part of an ERP) 2. empower functional staff to use technology tools, including software, imaging, workflow, and web self service 3. reduce administrative burden on students so they can devote their energies to learning and education 4. eliminate paper, and with it fulfillment (printing, stuffing, postage) costs 5. lead the effort to introduce OneStop model of student service delivery 6. reduce costs with a 10% reduction in administrative staff, with simultaneous improvements in services students receive. 7. improve employee morale and productivity The value added I bring includes my student service expertise.
