History
Jen Lawler started her career as a personal trainer in 2012 when she quit working as an EMT to pursue her real dream. Her ultimate goal was to open an awesome gym where people would truly enjoy working out. She started with holding bootcamps outside, in humidity, rain and snow. In 2014 her boyfriend came aboard and the two's dream transformed into the gym we know today.

We have classes for all types of goals; weight loss, core strength, toning, running, American Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Course Races.
