History
Our story began in 1963 with our patriarch, Robert W. Brunell. As a 21 year old, Robert began at Lee Auto Sales driving tow trucks part-time, and became manager within the next 10 years, for the Lee Ford towing business. In 1985, Robert and his wife purchased Lee Ford and transformed it to the towing and repair business you know today. Over the past 34 years we've gained talent to better service our customers while continuing advances in technology. In 1994, we moved from our original location to our current home at 35 Run Way in Lee, Massachusetts. In 2008, Robert retired as the President of R.W.s Inc. and passed the reins to his son, Bill and daughter-in-law, Becky. Present Day R.W.s continues to grow; currently with full-time technicians, full-time drivers and administrative staff members. We dedicate ourselves to bringing the very best experience to not only Western Mass residents, but also those that count on us in their travels. Thank you to all our customers
