This is the mess they left. Refused to pay the estimate from the installer who put it in.

Drove truck on my patio and separated the mortar in the joints.

Where they ran over with truck and loosened blocks. Refused estimate to repair!

Broke the mortar on the joints now they are loose. Covered the mess with dirt hoping I wouldn't see it.
