AVOID AT ALL COST: Sketchiest parking facility I've ever used in the greater Boston area, hands down. It's underground parking, extremely dirty and dark as all get out. Great place to get mugged....

If I could give negative stars, I would. We have a monthly pass here and at least 3 to 4 times every month, (sometimes per week if I'm really unlucky) we end up waiting 15-30 minutes just to leave...

Absolutely pitiful customer service. Gates don't wok all of the time. They can't keep track of payments. There is really no security other than the gates. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells...
