The Open Season concept, like many other ideas, was birthed from a spirited conversation over some drinks in 2015. I always wanted to combine my love for Wild Game recipes with my culinary knowledge in a practical sense. A brick and mortar seemed like a giant roll of the dice considering the concept was unchartered territory. Boom! The food truck idea is born. After launching our 1st truck we have since won 9 awards, and are rolling out a second truck in 2018. Feeding the masses something new, different, and delicious is what we do. We look forward to doing more of it!
