Started in 1986, New Life Community Church is a non-denominational, evangelical community. The goal of the church is to exalt the Lord, equip believers, evangelize their towns and extend Christ's mission.
Led by Pastor David MacAdam, there is a weekly Sunday service at 10 a.m. Children, ranging from infants to fifth grade attend Sunday school. On the main floor near the auditorium there is a mother's nursing room where the service is broadcast.
The services are held in the main auditorium of the Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts.
There is a youth group for older children to join. For families, the church organizes a number of different seasonal activities that range from apple picking to ice skating.
