Matthew 25 is a non-profit organization based in Worcester, MA, dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and affordable housing for families in need. Established in 1988 by Rev. Frederick M. Enman, S.J., Matthew 25 has grown from a three-unit property to eleven properties in Worcester and Boston. Through the support of volunteers and generous donors, the organization acquires and renovates run-down or abandoned properties, offering low-income families the opportunity to rent these homes at a percentage of their income.
With a mission to address the housing crisis faced by vulnerable communities, Matthew 25 continues to expand its impact by building new construction projects and acquiring additional properties. Their current building project in the Main South area of Worcester aims to provide housing for four families, furthering their commitment to improving the lives of those in need.
