Marlborough City Hall houses many of the town's government offices. The Office of the Mayor is located here, which oversees Marlborough's day-to-day business and works with the City Council, setting an annual budget and planning expenses. The City Council is made up of 11 members and also enacts laws and generally serves to ensure the fairness and balance of the governmental process. City Hall is also the home of the Marlborough Personnel Office, the office of the city comptroller and treasurer and the clerk's office.
