We also work with referring physicians to streamline patient care. Once a prescription is provided to us, our team contacts the patient to schedule their visit and verify insurance coverage. This not only frees up time for providers but also ensures that patients have the dedicated care and attention they deserve. Once patients arrive and park right at our front door, they are greeted by our friendly staff and walked through an easy registration process. We understand the importance of a relaxing environment during infusions, which is why we have gone above and beyond to create a comfortable space for our patients, complete with private rooms with recliners, iPads and internet access, and snacks.
