We are a full service salon and barbershop. We offer roller sets,waxing perms ,color,manicuring and expert hair cutting for men,women and children. Consultations are always free.We accept cash or checks only. We welcome you to the highlands and except outside patrons (you do not have to live here to come into the salon! ).
