History
Lumentation is a team of passionate photographers and filmmakers dedicated to providing fast, affordable, and reliable photo developing and printing services using an online marketplace. Originally a home minilab based in Willow Springs, Missouri, the shop was purchased and wholly relocated to its current home in Somerville, MA at the start of 2018 to better serve the growing film community in the Greater Boston Area. Offering innovative digital services like Same Day Scans, Color Care, Digital Shoebox, and premium Black Glove Service, Lumentation is focused on making film photography fun and accessible to everyone -- from the professional to the first-time photographer. We have updated our film drop off location to our new physical shop in Somerville (opening soon!) at: 219 Highland Ave Somerville, MA 02143 The new film drop off location is a secure mailbox located on the outside of our new studio/film shop. The drop off hours are still 24/7. Just to be clear, please drop off your film and disposable cameras at 219 Highland Ave. We will still check our previous location drop off (226 Pearl St, Somerville, MA 02145) over the next few weeks just in case.
