Seth Shea inherited a license and a passion for lobstering from his father. From holding his first lobster before he could even walk to making his first commercial haul at the age of 15, Seth has never been able to escape the call of the sea. After lobstering commercially for 3 years, he decided that it was time to take his operation a step further and employed the help of his siblings in opening a food trailer. With an emphasis on only offering the freshest locally caught lobster, the Shea siblings embarked on a journey to supply the public with incredible lobster rolls at the lowest prices.
Specialties
All of our lobster is sourced right of the coast of Plymouth and fished by lobstermen we know and trust, including one of our own founders. Daily catches are promptly prepared by our team of lobster experts, all so that you can be sure of the journey your food takes before it reaches your plate.
