If you are a working professional, stay away. Far away. The landlords are not bad people. but they will admit they don't really "know" the people they rent to. (Weekly leases) But they also don't...

Dirty and smelly. Location good but they are too cheap to run the air in the warm months in the common areas and the smell is overwhelming. Inside apartments everything old and leaky.
