Small-croweded...nothing really going on but people eating and walking around....street is too small....these small feast aren't what they use to be---advice---skip it.

Fun time. Look forward to every year. Plenty of free parking and entertainment. Very cool and unique event, as it is friendly for all ages (children, college students, and adults).
