Along with complementary cardiovascular and flexibility routines. We don't just train, we educate as well. We are here to help you establish a healthy life pattern. Our training will lead you to improved posture and function, better nutritional awareness, increased athletic performance, enhanced personal aesthetics and more. Movement Sciences Founder Eric Wilson is certified by the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists, National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, and National Strength and Conditioning Association.

We use corrective exercise techniques to create functional movement and a more symmetrical body. At Movement Sciences, I know many injuries are preventable. Flexibility is key to fitness: I conduct movement assessments which focus on flexibility and posture for every client. My mission is to bring corrective exercise, functional movement, and nutrition to the forefront of the personal training industry while creating positive, sustainable lifestyle changes for all who walk through the door.
