Hingham Woods is a collection of condominiums in a quiet, residential part of town to the west of the downtown shopping area. The property manager, Niles Company, has been managing such places for 100 years and offers a Web site for the condo complex with news and information about the facilities. There is a pool at Hingham Woods, as well as a fitness center.
