Get in Shape for Women is a women's fitness studio that features certified personal trainers dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. The trainers focus on strength training, cardio, nutrition training, and, of course personal accountability to help members reach their goals. In order to ensure everyone receives personalized attention, each member can work one-on-one or in small group classes of four women or less.
