At Get in Shape for Women is a women's fitness studio which features a certified staff dedicated to help individuals reach their fitness goals. Using four basic components, including weight training (strength training) to develop muscle tone, cardio (aerobic training) to burn fat and calories, nutrition to help customize meal plans that work for each individual and accountability.Get In Shape For Women's personal fitness trainers are available to schedule workouts, call if you don’t show up and check weight and body fat every two weeks.
Get In Shape For Women is appointment based in order to ensure that individuals receive personalized attention. Each session consists of 30 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes of cardio and nutrition coaching. Be sure to call for more information.
