In January of 1987, Garlock Printing & Converting was founded to add value to Seaman Paper's solid color wrapping tissue by printing designs or logos on the paper, and then shipping out printed master rolls for converting, primarily for in-store packaging use. The company has six central-impression flexographic printing presses, as well as a full array of converting equipment for sheeting, folding and rewinding of printed tissue paper, gift wrap and Mylar films. Seaman Paper Company of Massachusetts is a privately owned paper manufacturer that operates two paper machines, which produce up to 100 tons per day of specialty light-weight papers. Garlock Printing & Converting is located in Gardner, Mass.
