About Cohasset Fitness Specialties A full service facility offering unique small group personal training programs for men and women of all ages, size and fitness levels. Our program offers scheduled small group personal training classes at various times. In addition we offer smaller sessions with a personal trainer. The group size is limited to 4+ people at a time in a private upscale studio at 1/4th of quality personal training cost. Our facility unlike many others offers options for you to progress into and keep the results. The results needed to make this goal a lifestyle change. Our Small Group Personal Training program includes Cardio, Weight Training, Nutrition and most importantly accountability securing results. We specialize in TOTAL Body Transformations! Based on the individual needs each session can consists of 30 minutes, OR 60 minutes. Nutrition coaching, & ongoing accountability for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results! Your workout will be customized to your ability & progressed accordingly. You will perform a variety of exercises under the direct supervision of a certified personal trainer. These exercises include free weights, lunges, squats, core training, pushes and pulls working every muscle in your body for optimal results.
