At Cobble, chef/owner Emily Vena personally cooks and serves her style of vegetable forward, noncommittal Italian cuisine that celebrates local ingredients as much as possible. Dinner is served family-style in five courses, and our monthly changing menu is 'Chef's Whim'. That means you won't have to make any choices, but you will be delighted by chef Emily's decisions. As one of the few BYOB establishments in the Boston area, you're welcome to bring your favorite craft beer, bottle of wine, or spirit to enjoy with your multi-course meal. Although we can't pour for you, we have plenty of wine openers and glassware to make your BYO dreams come true. If you're into cocktails, you may want to pair one of our fresh house-made cocktail mixers with a mini bottle (regionally known as a nip) or come armed with a flask of your favorite spirit for a DIY cocktail hour. We'll provide the glass, the garnish, and a shaker for a totally interactive and delicious BYO experience.
