Don't be deceived by Chung Shin Yuan's plain exterior. Inside, the restaurant's decor is simple but appealing, and the food is delicious. During the week, it serves a variety of Szechuan and Peking dishes; on Saturdays and Sundays, it has an enormously popular Taiwanese dim sum brunch that draws restaurant goers from near and far. (Dim sum brunches are usually Hong Kong-style.) The brunch gets crowded, so it's best to arrive early.
