Salon Noi is a sister-in-law team that purchased the space six years ago. This location has been a full-service hair cuttery for 30 years. From the moment you meet Joyce Keaton or her SIL Heather Murphy you feel right at home here. The space is comfortable and bright with an extensive array of services from hair cuts, colors to blow outs and updos. The salon provides manicures and pedicures, but no fake stuff like acrylic here. The roster of clientele includes people that come from more than 30 miles away and have followed the stylists for more than 2o years.
