HistoryStay Clean Power Washing grew out of an idea that I had my freshman year of college. I always had wanted to work for myself and I figured college summers were the time to experiment with this to see if I had what it took. Business started off slow as was expected the first year. The second year business got much busier and the third year business was booming. Fast forward to today I have state of the art power washers (hot and cold water), I have state of the art soft washing systems and a hybrid 4X4 boom lift, all so that I can complete any job that anyone might need done. Over the years with numerous hours of reading and working I have become very educated on the best house and roof cleaning practices (soft washing) and I have some 650+ satisfied clients. WeSpecialtiesWe are one of the few companies that use a specialized low pressure cleaning technique called soft washing. A soft wash is the only method of cleaning that should be used on a vinyl or wooden sided home or roof. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and the power of a concentrated hose to remove all of the dirt, mildew, mold and algae along with some scrubbing in the more stained areas. Some companies use 3200 PSI and up to clean homes, but they can end up causing more damage than good. Your house may look clean, at least to what the eye can see, but behind the vinyl is now saturated with water that was forced through the seams and vent holes. This water behind the vinyl can then create mold and algae growth where you can't see, causing you more money down the road in repairs and potentially unhealthy living conditions and even worse they didn't even kill the mold, mildew or algae, they just blew what you could see off of the house.
