In a Collaborative Law Divorce, clients work with a team of specially trained professionals including collaborative attorneys, a coach (typically trained in the mental health field) and/or neutral financial experts who assist the parties with the goal of settling the case outside of court. The Collaborative Law process is ideal for clients who desire to have a private mediated divorce but need the additional support of specially trained settlement-focused attorneys and neutral experts to be involved in the process.
