The company, and its affiliates, is one of the leading national real estate investment and development firms owning and managing more than $500 million of real estate assets throughout the United States. The firm specializes in the development, acquisition, management, repositioning and leasing of office, industrial and research and development properties in New England as well as postal facilities throughout the country. Bulfinch owns properties in seven states representing more than three million-square-feet. The company is headquartered in Needham, Mass.
